About project

The six-floor functionalistic palace built in 1933 is situated on the corner of Londýnská and Jugoslávská streets in the district of Vinohrady in Prague. Designed by architects Jaroslav Kabeš and Václav Vejrych, the house has been undergoing a costly reconstruction of the common areas and interiors by the architecture studio QUADRATA, creating a total of 32 apartments.

Currently, the portfolio comprises 32 apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kitchenette to 5+kitchenette and sizes from 24 sqm to 178 sqm; all of them have been completely renovated. Most apartments are designed as 3+kitchenette, 4+kitchenette and 5+kitchenette family apartments.

Location

Londýnská Street is located in the very centre of Vinohrady, within easy reach of Náměstí Míru and náměstí I.P. Pavlova. It was named in honour of the peaceful restructuring of Europe after the First World War when Czechoslovakia was established.
